We pride ourselves on being able to offer a complete one to one experience, where you can come in and discuss your ideas and see your board taking shape.

From profile refining, to adding extra strength deck patches, having a custom made board means having a board especially tailored to suit you and your individual surfing requirements.

The process gives you the opportunity to build up a constructive relationship with the shaper,

which enables them to understand, develop and refine each board they make you

and help you progress with your surfing.

Like any relationship, you get out what you put in.

So by working with your shaper and allowing him to work with you, you're both working toward getting that perfect combination in a board, which is something were all looking for.

Quality materials are at the core of every surfboard that we produce.

At the end of the day, quality always shows through.

This means never skimping on products or using lesser grade materials.
We take a lot of time and care to try and insure that our materials are the best that are available.

Our boards are made using only 1st quality foam blanks, materials and accessories which meet with our standards and expectations.

Where possible, we try to utilise and source materials in the most environmental
manner which we can.

From the time your board is marked out, to the time you collect it, hours of blood, sweat and the odd choice word or two have been expelled to bring each board to life.

Because we are a small business we are able to keep our pricing competitive by keeping our overheads low. Raw materials aside, we keep everything in house which means that we are able to devote 100% energy and attention to each process and ensure top quality control.
